Georgia Institute of Technology

In coordination with NECA, the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association (AECA)

has established a Student Chapter at the Georgia Institute of Technology, working closely with their School of Building Construction.

The purpose of this organization is to encourage students to pursue a career in the

electrical contracting industry.  To help achieve this goal, AECA:

• Provides guest speakers to the school.
• Serves on their advisory board.
• Arranges for students to take field trips.
• Promotes student participation in competitions.
• Sends students and Faculty Advisors to the NECA Convention.
